I agree with everyone’s reflection on the forms, the questions do provide valuable information and insight on what maybe going on for the family. I wish these questions where asked when my family was dealing with psychosis. I think the relationship and being seen and heard would have made a difference in my family, since my family had/has a hard time talking about things. This is one of the reasons I got into the mental health field, to have a better understanding. Even with everything that I know I am still learning. The importance of psychoeducation provides a way to set blame aside and focus on the symptoms and ways to cope.
