I agree with the above comments. When they return to work or school after psychosis it is really important to have helpful strategies and coping skills in order to be able to cope during stressful situation. It could be very stressful and anxiety provoking to go back to the place that they were before. And feel overwhelmed and feel guilty for feeling this way because before they had psychosis onset they were able to do those tasks without any anxiety or stress. Some also feel anxious that when they return to work or school they will be questioned and stigmatized for having mental health issues. I get asked a lot of times of that would affect their job searches and what the employer would say. So it is very important to have an education around this and giving them support. Also group education I find are helpful for clients because they are able to be around others and be in similar environment they would be back to.
