I agree Katelyn! I enjoy this particular assessment tool as a patient centered assessment as I find it provides an opportunity to build rapport with a client from a holistic perspective to client care and assessment. It also gives the client the self-determination to discuss or not discuss specific questions, even if they do answer yes or no to each. I agree with Sally on the assessment tool being trauma informed in the way of it not being too intrusive to force to client to further divulge information.
