Hi all,

I do appreciate the 2-Com in that it is a good guide for touching base on a lot of topics. However, in my experience, I find tools such as the 2-Com are good in certain situations with certain clients. For example, I would use the 2-Com with a client that was possibly nervous or stated they could not identify what the issue was. It is a good way to touch base on a number of topics that people may not have necessarily considered may be contributing to their current mental health state.

I do like the scales as I feel this can be a tool that is used regularly and may be able to track and trend client mood/mental state with time of year, month, week or day, or even with what may be happening in their life with certain situations or events. It may be a good way to show client’s who lack insight how certain events or situations affect them.
